Stretch & Core

We often neglect the important flexibility component of fitness. This class will help you get in the deep, long stretches that your body needs to aid in muscle recovery, avoid injury and increase flexibility and range of motion. Core-based strength exercises will also be included in the class format. Progression is slow and steady while holding static stretches. Exercises are geared towards all levels!

Pilates

This 50 minute class will incorporate Pilates exercises with the use of fusion balls, light free weights, gliding disks and resistance tubing to tone all major muscle groups in the body.
