SPIN® & STRETCH

Depending on the terrain and training purpose for the class, participants will complete a 30 minute workout in one of the 5 Spinning® Energy Zones: Recovery, Endurance, Interval, Strength, or Race Day. With the use of the resistance knob and pace, hills and flats and speed work can be incorporated to develop and increase cardiorespiratory fitness, leg strength and efficient metabolism.

You will complete a 30 minute ride and then come off of the bike for 15 minutes of deep static stretching. This is a great combo class for cardio and flexibility training.

*If you are a first time Spinning® participant, please arrive 10 minutes early for proper bike set up and instruction before the class starts.

Total Body Strength

Blast your body from head to toe while strengthening your core. Using free weights and your body for resistance, this total body workout is the real deal with no time wasted and no muscle left untouched. This class uses creative exercises designed to cross train for the maximum results in the shortest amount of time possible. Develop a body that's strong, defined, and knows how to move with power and grace. Whether you are new to strength training or a seasoned athlete, the different levels and options offered will assure that you get an excellent workout.

SPIN® & CORE

This special combo class is perfect for those crunched for time! Start with a great high energy 30 minute Spin Ride and then finish off the bike with 15 minutes of Core-strengthening Pilates based exercises and deep static stretches for a full body workout!

Step-In-Line

Step-in-Line is a line dance class that will have your heart pumping and feet stomping in rhythm to upbeat and motivating music. You will have so much fun as you enhance your memory and improve your coordination while learning choreographed routines that contain all of the basic steps that line dances are built upon. Beginner and intermediate dances are learned, so this makes this class perfect for those with no prior experience as well as seasoned line dancers.

Class is located in the Loft of the Youth building which is located in the back of our church campus. Park in the back parking lot and enter through the side glass door. Walk up the stairs to the second floor Loft.

Please bring a water bottle wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you can move and dance in!

SPIN® & SCULPT

Depending on the terrain and training purpose for the class, participants will complete a 30 minute workout in one of the 5 Spinning® Energy Zones: Recovery, Endurance, Interval, Strength, or Race Day. With the use of the resistance knob and pace, hills and flats and speed work can be incorporated to develop and increase cardiorespiratory fitness, leg strength and efficient metabolism.

You will complete a 30 minute ride and then come off of the bike for 30 minutes of strength training for the core and major muscle groups utilizing body weight and resistance bands. This is a great total body workout!

SPINPower®

Take the guesswork out of your training with power based training! WATTS measure the power and work that you put forth in every class. By using metrics that measure speed, power, heart rate, and accurate calorie burn, you will increase your confidence that you are getting the most effective workout with the correct intensity levels and work/recovery ratios to improve your fitness. PST (Personal Spinning Threshold) ramp tests will be held periodically to determine your unique power zones based on your current fitness level. SPINPower will help you gain strength, stamina and aerobic efficiency. Watts=Power=Results!

Stretch & Core

We often neglect the important flexibility component of fitness. This class will help you get in the deep, long stretches that your body needs to aid in muscle recovery, avoid injury and increase flexibility and range of motion. Core-based strength exercises will also be included in the class format. Progression is slow and steady while holding static stretches. Exercises are geared towards all levels!

Movin' and Groovin'

In this class there is the option to sit or stand for the cardio workout portion. It also incorporates the use of resistance bands, weights, and exercise balls for a full body workout. Not only is this class perfect for seniors, but those with medical conditions needing a modified workout.

Spinning®

... is the original indoor cycling program that is both fun and effective. There are no complicated choreography moves to learn and no helmet required! All fitness levels are welcome. You set the resistance and pace right for you for the class. Positive and invigorating music coupled with encouragement and motivation will help you burn calories and reach your fitness goals. This is a great program to use as a cardiorespiratory training program by itself or to compliment your cross training fitness regime.
